Carol Lynn Pearson is an award-winning author whose best-selling autobiography, Goodbye, I Love You (Random House, 1986) tells the story of her life with her husband, their Mormon temple marriage, four children, mutual anguish at his inability to change his homosexual orientation, eventual divorce, ongoing friendship, and finally his death from AIDS in her home where she was caring for him. Pearson has appeared on Oprah and been featured in People Magazine. She has talked with hundreds of gay people and their families and is uniquely qualified to assist them on their difficult journey.
